網羅的に紹介する事は分量的に難しいので、幾つかの主だった地域を簡単に紹介していきます。

Keoland は Flaneass では最も古い王国です。その建国は現在からおよそ 900 年前、-CY342 まで遡ります。王統は Suel から移住してきた 2 つの貴族家のものです。Great Migration と呼ばれる Flaneass への Oeridian/Sueloise/Buklusish の移住が行なわれたのが-CY450 から-CY400 年にかけてですから、移住から 100 年足らずで建国された事になります。

今でこそ Keoland は、東を Sheldmar River、西を Javan River、南を Azure Sea、北を Rushmoors に囲まれる領域を国土としていますが、かつては Sheldmar Valley 全域に覇を唱える強大な帝国でした。現在でも隣国である Gran March、Sterich にとっては宗主国であります (それは Keoland 国王が Lord of Gran March であり Plar of Sterich である事からも明確です)。Geoff に対してはそれら 2 つの衛星国と比べると影響力は減りますが、それでも冊封関係ではあります。帝国の最盛期には北は Bissel、南は Hord of the Sea Princes までがその版図でした。Sea Princes は Jetsom Island 海戦を経て独立、Bissel は CY438 に生起した Short War の通じて Furyondy/Veluna の影響が増していきました。

現在も Keoland が Sheldmar Valley の盟主である事は代わりませんが、周辺地域・国家が自治権を獲得した結果として「帝国」は解体されつつあります。Short War 以降、獅子の玉座 (Keoland 王家のこと) の拡張政策は成りを潜めていますが、その隠然たる国力は健在です。

現在の国土は大小 27 の諸州に分割されています。それぞれの領地は侯爵以下の貴族によって統治されていて、各貴族を纏めあげる至高の冠として王家があるという封建君主制を採っています。27 の地域は以下の通りです。
